1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeadingRent (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Booking and Payment

LeadingRent acts as an intermediary between travelers and local rental suppliers. When you complete a booking, you enter into a direct agreement with the supplier. The total price shown includes the rental fee and any applicable deposit.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the pick-up time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as determined by the individual supplier.

4. Driver Requirements

Renters must hold a valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle category. An international driving permit (IDP) may be required in certain countries. Age restrictions (typically 21+) may apply.

5. Liability

LeadingRent is not liable for incidents that occur during the rental period. Any damage, accidents, or disputes are the responsibility of the renter and supplier as per the rental agreement signed at pick-up.

6. Platform Commission

LeadingRent earns a commission of 15–25% on each completed booking. This is included in the price shown to the customer and paid by the supplier.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
